From the perspectives of social realities and practice, we track new problems and issues in IP fields; conduct pre-event researches on legislating, judicial administration and enforcement of all levels and on industrial policies; study on the new layout of IP under the structure of WTO system and the circumstance of globalization, the rapidly-developing China, new order and tendencies of the world IP; make summarizing researches on IP-effective market competition and IP-related macro law and capital system.
